We completed a chemical cleaning project for a client in Mariveles, Bataan, from February 13 to 21, 2025. The scope included the chemical cleaning of four (4) units of plate-type heat exchangers and two (2) units of X EH oil coolers.
Over time, these vital components accumulate oil sludge, scale, and other contaminants that can reduce heat transfer efficiency and lead to equipment failure. To prevent these issues, our skilled team carried out a controlled chemical cleaning process. We dissolved and flushed out stubborn deposits using safe, industry-approved cleaning solutions without disassembling the system entirely.
