We completed a comprehensive industrial cleaning project that included cleaning a plate-type heat exchanger, chemical flushing of the process cooling line, and general cleaning of the cooling water tank. These tasks were carried out to improve system efficiency, prevent overheating, and extend equipment life.
The plate-type heat exchanger was thoroughly cleaned to remove scale, dirt, and fouling that can reduce heat transfer efficiency. Next, our team performed a chemical flush on the process cooling line to remove internal buildup and corrosion, using environmentally safe cleaning agents that protect system integrity. Lastly, the cooling water tank underwent general cleaning, which included eliminating sediments, biological growth, and contaminants to ensure clean water circulation throughout the system.
This complete maintenance approach improved cooling performance and reduced the risk of equipment failure. Our experienced technicians followed strict safety protocols and finished the work with minimal disruption to operations.
