We completed a week-long industrial cleaning project at Eagle Cement Corporation, focusing on the hydrotesting and cleaning of six (6) units of heat exchangers. This essential maintenance work was carried out from January 23 to 30, 2025, ensuring optimal performance and safety of the plant’s critical equipment.
Heat exchangers play a vital role in controlling temperatures in industrial systems. Over time, they can accumulate dirt, scale, and debris, which reduces efficiency and poses potential safety risks. To address this, our expert team performed a combination of hydrotesting to check for leaks and pressure integrity and high-pressure cleaning to remove contaminants.
