At the 28th Technical Forum of the Philippine Coal Plant Users’ Group (PCPUG): Championing Clean Energy Solutions
Last May 8–9, 2025, Hydron Corporation proudly participated as a kiosk sponsor at the 28th Technical Forum of the Philippine Coal Plant Users’ Group (PCPUG) held at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City. The two-day event brought together power plant experts, engineers, and technology leaders from across the country and abroad, focusing on making coal-fired power plants safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Among those we highlighted were:

Visitors to our kiosk showed genuine interest in how these services contribute to a smaller carbon footprint and longer equipment lifespan—especially in industries where reliability and safety are non-negotiable. Many appreciated how our approach, which combines technical precision with environmental responsibility, significantly impacts the environment, inspiring hope for a greener future.
The forum itself was rich with insightful presentations. From Manny Rubio’s inspirational talk on the future of energy with Meralco PowerGen Corporation to technical sessions on digital twins, emissions standards, and innovative boiler solutions—every discussion echoed the same message: our industry is evolving, and sustainability must be part of the journey.
We were especially inspired by talks that aligned with our mission, such as the sessions on improving plant integrity through advanced diagnostics and using predictive maintenance technologies to reduce energy consumption. It was rewarding to know that our services are part of the same conversation—working in the background to keep systems clean, efficient, and compliant with modern standards.
