We also evaluated new software that uses machine learning to predict when a water pump or valve is about to fail. By looking at minor shifts in vibration and water flow, the system alerts operators days in advance. We explored cutting-edge systems capable of cleaning industrial wastewater so thoroughly that up to 98% of the water can be reused right back in the factory. At the same time, these systems separate and collect valuable minerals from the leftover waste, which can then be sold or reused. Additionally, new organic waste treatments were introduced that convert sewage sludge into clean biogas, helping wastewater treatment plants power themselves. This focus on total resource recovery directly reflects Hydron Corporation’s dedication to circular sustainability, proving that environmental responsibility and economic savings go hand in hand.
